The stately white gates have welcomed visitors to Grand Beach since the early 1900's.
We welcome you to join us for a stay at our vacation home in Grand Beach!
This lovely 4 Bed, 2 Bath home is sure to be the highlight of your getaway to Grand Beach, Michigan!
Nestled on a tree lined street in the heart of historic Old Grand Beach, this home is pure Michigan!
Notes:
- One Block to Beach, One block to park and close to golf!
- No parking on driveway (shared with another home)
- Parking for 3 cars: 2 in front, 1 in back
Backyard complete with heated pool, firepit & large patio with plenty of seating!
Beach towels included. Pool depth ranges from 3' to 9.5' Deep.
The pool is surrounded by a 3-sided isolation fence. The pool area can be accessed directly from 2 doors in the home, as a result, additional caution is needed to ensure the safety of children or those who cannot swim.
Pool toys are not to be used as floata

Warm and inviting oversized kitchen located toward the back of the home, close to the outdoor grill and backyard/pool area.
Enjoy mealtime or gametime in the dining room on the oversized dining table that expands for seating up to 8!
The dining room is located in the center of the home, just off of the kitchen.
The sitting room is the perfect spot to read your favorite book or magazine.
Need a break from the sun & outdoors? Take a break with your favorite book in this cozy sitting room.
(Note: Fireplace not available for use)
Kick back, relax and enjoy a movie in this large 4-Seasons porch; or open the windows and enjoy the soothing sounds of the wind blowing through the trees....
Or take advantage of one of our 'work-from-home' workstations!
On a windy day, you can even hear the waves crashing along the shore of Lake Michigan!
bedrooms
Oversized primary suite with Queen Bed, Dresser, Armoire, Bathroom with Shower. Desk with Chair & Lamp.
A private screened porch attached to the primary suite delivers a resort-style setting!
Step outside the primary bedroom suite into this peaceful screen porch.
Enjoy coffee in the morning, an afternoon nap or a nightcap in this resort-style room!
Note: Screen porch also features direct access & view of backyard pool.
The second bedroom is located off of the sitting room, and features a queen size bed, a closet, and access to the jack-and-jill bathroom.
The third bedroom features a twin trundle bed, to sleep two guests.
This room is located just off the kitchen, with a bifold, louvered door, and also includes access to the jack-and-jill bathroom.
The forth bedroom is located just off of the kitchen, and features a Twin over Full Bunk Bed.
Note: Guests staying in this bedroom must use the bathroom located in the Primary Suite or the Jack-and-Jill bathroom only accessible from bedroom #2 or #3.
Last but not least... the home is located a quick one-block walk to the beach where you can enjoy sunning, swimming or catching the infamous 'third coast' sunsets!
Note: The beach is on the 'rocky' side. Swim shoes or flip-flops recommended!
